Dr. S.M. Davis has been married to Rae Jean since 1969. They have 4 wonderful daughters and 8 grandchildren.

Dr. Davis has been serving the Lord in many different areas since surrendering to the ministry in November of 1967. He has been a minister of music, associate pastor, and presently is pastor of Park Meadows Baptist Church in Lincoln, Illinois, where he has served since 1975.

Dr. Davis speaks at churches and conventions across the USA as well as visits to other countries. He comes very highly recommended by many Christian state home school organizations. His tape ministry, comprised of a growing list of DVD’s (all of which contain captivating on-screen graphics!) and 90+ audio recordings, reach all over the United States and into many foreign countries. Many of those messages give Biblical solutions to critical family problems.  Our family and friends have been challenged, helped and blessed by the ministry of Dr. S.M. This DVD format contains a worldwide  collection of over 10,000 beautiful color and black & white JPEG PICTURES (not clipart) retrieved from copyright free Bible Story Books, Old Bibles, Cards, etc. Where needed, the pictures have been carefully edited in the computer to cover nakedness & to honor Scripture about Jesus not having long hair (I Cor. 11:14). For ease of use, these pictures have been filed under 315 folders categorized in either general categories like Angels (46 pictures) or Prayer (55 pictures) or Bible (36 pictures) or Specific Categories like the Tower of Babel (15 pictures) the Prodigal Son (75 pictures) Ahab (40 pictures) and David (286 pictures).
